We have tables free of use: If you are traveling from out of town or do not have tables of your own, We can provide them for you while supplies last.

WHICH SPACE BASED ON THE FLOOR PLAN DO YOU DESIRE? We will make every effort to place you in your desired space; however we do not want to place participants selling like items near one another. Our goal is to keep in house completion to a minimum. So as spaces fill up we may need to make slight adjustments .We will contact you in the event we need to adjust your space placement.

Refunds will only be granted in the event that the festival is cancelled due to the following reasons.

1. Lack of participants to cover the cost of building / equipment rental & advertisements cost.

            2. Natural disasters proclaimed by the State of South Carolina.

 

 

WE REQUIRE ALL participants to donate at least 1 item of their choice to be given away during our “Charity Art Drawing” on the day of the event.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

 

Space rental deadline will be October 30th 2006, However, all spaces will be rented on a first come, first serve basis.

 

We will help you choose your spot based on artist style, availability and flow of traffic thru the festival.

 

The Art2bseen Holiday Festival organizers &  sponsors ,will not be held responsible for lost ,stolen or broken items or inventory, while unloading, setting up booths , selling during the event or breaking down booths after the event , nor during re-loading after the event. Each participant is responsible for the well being of their personal inventory & property until the time it is sold.

 

Refunds will only be granted in the event that the festival is cancelled due to: Lack of participants to cover the cost of building rental , advertisements cost and Natural disasters proclaimed by the State of South Carolina.

 

We will provide tables and chairs for all vendors who do not have their own.

 

 

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS:

 

You may only sell the type of items that you described. To limit in house competition for sales & to insure quality of items sold at this event.

 

 

Participants may not "swap" spaces with other participants.

 

Check in will begin at TBA , Set up until TBA .Event will begin at TBA and run until TBA, Break down & clean up will be from TBA

 

Each participant is required pick up and discard any trash with in their space.
