HOW IT WORKS The Art2bseen Holiday Festival takes great pride in being simplistic .

OUR GOALS ARE AS FOLLOWS
1.Bring people together in a fun and entertaining way, while offering them unique gifts to purchase for the holiday season created by local artist. 2.Provide South Carolina artist an outlet to sell their work & network with other area artist. 3.To raise money for local charities & community based programs.
THE ART2BSEEN HOLIDAY FESTIVAL PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING

1.We offer our charity free space in the festival , for them to promote & raise funds for their cause. 2.We donate 100 % of the proceeds from our " CHARITY ART DRAWING " to our charity. 3.We include information about our charity on all advertisement & free web advertisement within this website. 4. Our charity will recieve a free webpage to advertise & provide information about their organization.

THE ART2BSEEN HOLIDAY FESTIVAL EXPECTS THE FOLLOWING FROM OUR CHARITY
1.An invitation , notice or memo , of the festival to all employees , members & volunteers of their organization encouraging them to attend & self promote the festival within their means.
2.To assist in advertising the festival by word of mouth & with handout flyers.
3.To assist in selling tickets for the " CHARITY ART DRAWING " during the time of the festival.
3.To provide a representative during the festival to announce the " CHARITY ART DRAWING " and provide general information to visitors about the charity.

ABOUT THE CHARITY ART DRAWING
1.Each participant in the festival is required to donate one work of art to be included in the drawing.
2.All artwork in the drawing will be on display during the festival & awarded to the winner at the time of the drawing.
3.A ticket box will be on display with each piece of artwork , visitors to the festival can purchase drawing tickets, they then place half of their ticket in the box which represents the artwork they would like to win.
4.At 2pm the drawing will take place.One ticket will be drawn from each ticket box & the number will be called out.And the winner can claim their prize.
5.Due to the size and nature of our drawing prizes , contestants in our drawing must be present to win.If a winner does not come forward , we will contintue to draw tickets untill a winner is present.
6.Tickets will cost $5.00 each or 7 for $20.00.All of the money raised from the charity art drawing ticket sales goes directly to our charity at the end of the evening.
