Tarleton Blackwell, a native of Alcolu, has shown his work around the world and was commissioned by the Sesqui committee to create an artwork that could be used as the cover of the Sesqui book, Shadows of the Past, being written by Dr. Sylvia Weinberg-Clark.

Renee Bruce is an award-winning artist living in the Summerville area. 
She has studied with nationally known artists from the US and Canada,with a concentration in Watercolor and oils. 
 
Ms. Bruce enjoys paintingwhatever strikes her as beautiful, be it a color, a shape or the way light falls across an object.  She especially likes to paint flower “portraits.” View More >

To be held indoors at the Wyboo Meeting Center
10: 00 am  - 4:00 pm
 
MANNING , SC  I-95 exit 119
From Interstate I-95
 
1. Take Exit 119 off I-95 N.
 
2. At the end of the exit ramp, MERGE right onto Hwy 261.
 
3. At the 4th stop light, turn right onto Hwy 260.
 
4. Follow Hwy 260 approximately 9 miles.
 
5. Just past the municipal airport on your right, begin looking for the Wyboo Plantation sign.
 
6. Turn right onto Lakeshore Drive at the Wyboo Plantation sign.
 
7. Take the next right, which is Players Course Drive, just past a second Wyboo Plantation sign.
 
8. Go approximately 1 mile, passing the main gate to Wyboo Plantation and the Palms Restaurant, both on your left.
 
9. The Villa Check-in building is two doors down from the restaurant (you'll see the Villas at Wyboo sign).
